Last Minute Payments

If you are booking a tour that has a fee, please use the SEPA Instant Transfer (German “SEPA-Echtzeit-Überweisung”) to send the money to us. If you cannot use the Instant Transfer, or you are not sure if the payment will be credited to our account before the start of the tour, please contact us at ticket@hackertours.hamburg.ccc.de, and we will work out something.

Sold out tours are not shown in the list anymore but they are of course still happening.

What are the Hackertours?

The Hamburg team has sought out interesting places in Hamburg that will take you away from the catacombs to let you experience new, exciting things! Here we explain how this works!

No admission to Chaos Communication Congress Please note that the tours are independent of Chaos Communication Congress. Getting a tour ticket here will not allow you to attend 38c3. There is no requirement to have a ticket for 38c3 to take part in any of our tours, so please feel free get tickets for family and friends.

All ticket sales are binding: please note that we cannot offer to cancel and refund tickets for organizational reasons. Also, if you do not attend a booked tour, we cannot refund the purchase price. If you cannot attend a booked tour as planned, please contact us at tickets@hackertours.hamburg.ccc.de and we will see what we can do. Unless noted on the ticket, you can always give your ticket to somebody else.

If you booked a tour that is free of charge, you can cancel your ticket at any time. In fact, if you know you can't make it to the tour, we do appreciate if you cancel the ticket as early as possible, so we can find somebody else to take your place.
